How to Use?

In WeMind, you begin your journey with the Beginners' Module.

It consists of 7 completely free sessions, to be used one per day over a week, with very instructive videos and audios, so you can start the therapy easily and quickly.

After completing the Beginners' Module, through an affordable subscription plan, you can include this practice in your routine. Prioritize the themes most important for your current situation, but don't neglect the others. For best results, do only one exercise per day, and only after completing the modules, practice again the themes you consider most important in your case.

In WeMind, you'll find specific cycles for Sleep, Anxiety, Eating, Focus, Relationships, Kids, Woman, Pain, and many other essential topics.

To practice, simply sit for a few minutes in a relatively quiet place. It's not a problem if there's a bit of noise or people nearby, as long as you request a moment of privacy.
