You can subscribe to WeMind by logging into the app, opening the side menu, and clicking on "Subscribe". Then, choose a plan and you'll be directed to the app store to complete the purchase.
WeMind has two subscription plans, monthly and annual, which can be purchased in your app store, Google Play or App Store. Currently, subscriptions are at a promotional value of R$14.99 for the monthly plan and R$99.90 for the annual plan. Check the updated prices in the app store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are auto-renewable until the user cancels.

Refunds are processed exclusively through Google Play or the App Store. If you subscribed to WeMind on an Android device (Google), follow these Google instructions. If you subscribed to WeMind on an iOS device (Apple), follow these Apple instructions. The refund will be processed at the discretion of Google or Apple, who are responsible for processing subscription charges. WeMind does not process any payments and therefore is unable to issue refunds.
Your subscription will still be valid, as long as you follow these steps:
Use the Same Login:On your new device, make sure to use the same login you previously used in the Google Play app or App Store app.
System Compatibility: Ensure that both devices use the same system. That is, a device with Google Play should be replaced by another with Google Play, and a device with App Store by another with App Store.
System Change: If you've switched to a device that uses a different app store (such as from Google Play to App Store, or vice versa), you'll need to cancel your subscription in the original store and make a new subscription in the new store's app.

No, while your subscription is active, the same purchase price will be maintained even with adjustments to the value of new subscriptions in the stores. At WeMind, we have a policy of valuing customers, so we don't increase prices for active customers. However, if you cancel your subscription and re-subscribe to the app later, the value will be updated according to the store price.
It's best to start with the Beginners cycle and do one session per day for 7 days. After learning the basic principles of WeMind mindfulness, you can choose one of the modules and do one session per day. You should repeat the modules as many times as you need; the most important thing is to maintain consistency.
It's recommended to do only one session per day. However, in the Quick Sessions module, there are SOS sessions that can be used when you feel the need.
Preferably, practice the sessions in a quiet place, without much noise, and where there won't be interruptions during the minutes of the session. Do the exercise sitting down, with your feet supported on the floor and your spine straight or supported on the back of the chair. Preferably do the session when you're awake and alert. Set aside 5 to 20 minutes a day, practice at the same time, and link it to other habits (for example, after brushing your teeth) so that it fits more easily into your routine.
To create a new account, simply download WeMind from your app store, open the app, click on "Create an Account!" and register an email and password on first access.
After logging into the app, click on "Delete My Account" in the side menu, enter your email in the corresponding field, and click on "Confirm email". Account deletion is irreversible and, if you have an active subscription, it will not be cancelled. Subscription cancellation must be done directly in the app store, Google Play or App Store.
It's not possible to change the email address. If you forgot your password, follow the steps below. If you want to use another email, create a new registration.
